I have one question i would like answered: does a 15/10 time control mean fifteen moves in ten minutes, ot fifteen minutes for ten moves?
15 minutes with 10 seconds extra per move

I don't know everything, it's just that everybody at school assumes that I think I know everything.
I can't argue there. You really do seem like you know the ins and outs of chess completely, and again my prior comment wasn't written in a bad way
