They said 10 minutes or less, which would be blitz/bullet. Just providing the relevant rating. Players of that rating rarely play rapid online anyway.

We can play even though I have 250 points till nm
I found an FM with only 1600 fide rating. Before I found out about his fide rating I was so happy I had properly beaten a titled player but it turned out I was just as strong as him anyways 
I mean @philip100 you did draw against me playing a very good game, so for now just focus on where you are. You are doing quite well you know.

A friend of mine, though not titled, is 2450 blitz. I could refer you to them if you'd like. They would be titled if they played in more tournaments, probably CM or FM.
