ahh the spambot , my advice take a minute between each post and it shouldnt affect you , if however youve experienced it then for a few days say three , limit your posting and it should chill , then you should be ok to engage in the social side of cc again , but if you are a non subscriber be wary of spambot as it doesnt differntiate between the spammer or fast poster , i hope im wrong and it now can , but ive had issues with it when doing admin stuff at cc
