Ask your Dad for some money buy Fritz 17. That's all you need to improve.

Read chess books. I checked out every book I could from my library age 9-12. If I didn't understand them, I set them aside and read the others. Once I had checked out every book I could, I went back and checked out the ones I liked the best. Got in a chess club at school, age 12, and finally adult tournaments age 17. I'm a late bloomer, you could say. Kids your age are already better than I ever was.

Thanks Coach-Bill, Could you please tell me the names of Good Chess Books please?

Start here: Logical Chess, Move by Move. Irving Chernev. He explains the ideas behind every move. Try to find a copy if you can. I know it can be found online in PDF. For videos, I humbly recommend mine. You're in my Free Video Lessons Club. I have hundreds of videos by playlist. Games analysis, simuls openings, and so on. I recommend the Free Video Lessons playlist, Lesson one explains how to teach yourself to be better. There are much stronger players making videos but I stand by the testimony of others, they learn more from mine.   http://www.youtube.com/user/BobbyJFischer1943/playlists

First you should figure out what your biggest weakness is. Analyse your lost games to understand in which part of the game you need to improve the most.

To improve your endgame I can recommend the book Silman's endgame course. It is divided in chapters like Endgames a 1400 should know, Endgames a 1600-1800 should know, so you can always work on what is recommended for your strength

To improve your positional understanding and middlegame play, "How to reassess your chess" by Silman is a good book. Another good book is Chess Structures by Rios, to learn the most common pawn structures and the plans in these positions.
