What Do You Think Is The Worst Thing Or Move To Do In Chess

  • #1

I think the worst move is resigning when you are winning. Look at this game https://www.chesskid.com/video/player/your-games-analyzed---show-6---part-2 the game starts at about 19 min past the vid.

    Asking dumb questions?

Two advantages of online chess over OTB are that your opponent will not barf on the board, and you will never see him pleasure himself at the table.

Of course there is such a thing as a dumb question. You're looking at it as we speak. The idea that there no such thing as a dumb question is one of the dumbest ideas out there. It's little more than an out for dumb people.

We have all heard that there is no such thing as a stupid question, but what I want to know is what kind of question does a stupid person ask?

  • #10

There's no such thing as a stupid question, there are only stupid people.  Abraham Lincoln said "The Lord must have loved stupid people, because He made so many of them."

What are you a Lincoln scholer?  The statement contridicts itself.  Lincoln must have been sipping Kentucky bourbon with one of his generals when he came up with this line.

Taking a dump on the chess board mid-game. I am sure that is a strict no-no, however you look at it. Very few things could be worse than that.

I can think of things that are much worse than that!  Let's start with a clown that turned 71 in mid-June that's trying to defend the KKK march from Saturday morning and claiming that they weren't all White supremacists!

Farting with much volume and gusto whilst your opponent is pondering a deep maneuver is considered a horrendous thing to do.

That question is easily answered by looking at any number of my games.

I just joined yesterday, so after I've played here for a while, you'll see exactly what I mean. happy.png

    No, he never said that.

    Kill yourself.

    Naturally.

Though that might not be so bad, but still.
