all right so I took some advice from you all and I watched out for any hanging pieces as the best that I can
anything that I missed? (playing as black)

I would have avoided bb4+ because if white did c3 they would’ve a good pawn structure and force your bishop to retreat, as a rule try to not move bishops to places where it can be blocked by pawns(of course there are exceptions)

I agree, but, other than that, I think your play was spot on - way to go!
Also, (just a suggestion) try to avoid e5 after e4 because it’s a complex opening with many lines and common among beginners so many beginners know openings for it, it’ll be relatively easier to get 700 if you used an unexpected opening(like French defence or caro kann) just learn one opening and play it in every game rather than learning multiple openings, although if you are comfortable with e5 it’s fine
I was attacking the king and forced them to cover with the bishop costs them a knight and in one move from there it was a checkmate
but however if they took my pawn on move two and became more aggressive, I would been playing a defensive game which is good but not the best thing in rapid for me.
I am more of an aggressive player so if I was stuck in a defensive position, I start to panic and it is downhill from there but if I can learn to use my defensive position and turn it into a attacking position then that would be a powerful game changer overall
that is my own thoughts on the game

I am more comfortable with over the top openings for attacking overall
but I often play e5 to see which opening could come from that in general
caro kann isn’t a bad opening to me so far when I am testing it with coach bots

Listening to summink like this in the background i think helps.
My adivice if uk all rules then do this
1st - Dont overthinlk use the simple principle of canditae moves or forcing moves
Disclaimer- while these checking these principles also make sure that u dont loose material
It works on 1st- checks - find is there any check in the position .
2nd Captures- is there any captures in the position, if its free then welll & good if all pices are protected then capture a pice that will worsen ur opponents position like capturing a pice & forcing isolated pawns
3rd- Attack if both above principles fail use this one, create a attck on a pice will worsen his position
These principles will help u win in midle games.
Then question arises what to do in opening
In opening follw the basic opening principles of playing developing moves & casleing
Reaching 700 is ezy, in fact below 1600 ppl blunder a lot, but the diffrence in 700 & 1600+ is they dont blunder also the kind of traps 1600+ plays espically in endgames
Sources advice - Avoid RCA bcz it has short videos also after watching rca u need to spend hours in explorer calculating & understanding varations
If u have more questions fell free to dm
And yeah in this forum u will get a lot of adivices so read all try some what suits u continue with it
Main tips
1. Study tactics and do puzzles (lichess.org if you don't have a membership)
2. Play 5-7 rapid games every day, 5-7 blitz games every day, and 5-7 bullet games every day.
3. Study openings, castle before move 10, look for possible forks, checks, and threats.
4. Learn some good traps that work in a lot of positions
5. Don't blunder your pieces

have to agree with this guy
Try to calculate ahead and if you feel a line is too complicated, ignore it and think about another move to play, keep the position as simple as possible, as it will make it easy for you to calculate ahead, also learn one opening and go deep in it, and play it in every game, for example I do French defense in every game, and whenever you see a new variation in one of your games, maybe an unexpected move by your opponent, then analyse that game and check the best moves according to the engine in that particular line
