To save you some trouble, some curious people have collected data in the past.  IIRC they said that on average chess.com blitz rating is a few hundreds points under the FIDE rating people reported.  So your 1700 blitz would mean something like 2000 FIDE.

I find this hard to believe myself because I've never played at a 2200 level... although it is an average after all, so some people will be higher or lower.  It also assumes both the reported ratings and the chess.com ratings are accurate.

This is why the truest response is you can't know without playing in FIDE tournaments yourself.  Internet ratings can be unreliable for a number of reasons.  Take your and my ratings for example.  Both of our ratings are unreliable.  Mine because I haven't played in a long time (and IIRC I would give rematches often) and you because you've only played 27 games.

Similarly I could tell you my FIDE rating but it too is unreliable both because the number of games and how long it's been since I've played in such a tournament.

On chesskid my rating is somewhere around 1025. However, on chesskid people start out with 600 instead of the usual 1200, which means that my rating should be multiplied by 2, which makes it 2050!

USCF: 1910

Chess.com: Blitz, 1500 something; standard, I don't even remember the last time I played; bullet horrible.
