    there are some countries where most people don't even have internet access, so one of those probably.

    North Korea could be right but also Malta, Maledives, the Marshall Islands, Tuvalu, Nauru.

     

    I would think there could be the one or the other without no member here

    thanks for the info. Really hoped there was someone else but me. (also apologies for stupid comment(should be plenty of countries with lesser players), just wanted to know)
