Why do I keep running out of time even though I premove

I just played 9 games and I lost 8 of them due to the time running out. I found that very suspicious, so I watched the clock for one of my games (1 minute) and I saw that I premoved 5 moves, and my clock went down to 53 seconds, while my opponent played the same number or moves but his clock only went down to 58 seconds. This happens occasionally, so I'm wondering if chess.com is like clash royale where there'll be a few games where you'll constantly lose, then after that it'll return to normal.

You may have excessive lag and might need to play longer time controls or play with increment.
