Why not underage players?

what does it matter if there is a set age limit on sites, if people under the limit  want to go on that site then just type in a different age

it matters because it makes people feel good...I call it a silly feel good law

Parents should track and monitor their kids. Do parents let their kids just run wild in the streets? ok, some do but most don't and the same reasoning should apply here on the internet.

Parents need to take responsibility to track their children's internet escapades
