It is poosible you were disconnected. It is also possibke you got an intermittent bug.
When this happens are you on the app or website? If the latter v2 or v3?

If you are on v2, then it could be the bug I mentioned. Often, if you make a move and your opponent hasn't moved in 30 seconds, or if you are black and your opponent hasn't moved in that time, you should refresh the browser/tab to make sure you are connected. The time to wait would be less for faster time controls.
The same goes for v3 but if that is the version of the site you are using then the problem may be impacting it too.
Someone (or somehow) flagged me for abandoning games. It was totally false. I played to a draw one game and lost on time the following game. I rejected a rematch because I had to go. Next time I logged in, my account was flagged. How do one go about disputing this BS? I have never abandoned a game or even let the clock run down. If I'm losing and I have to go, I'll simply resign. It makes me mad being accused of not playing fair when it is a complete fabrication.
In v2 and probably on v3 there is a bug that if you start a game with low time lets say 1 min game but you have big inc lets say +5 and you make quick your first 10 moves so your time is more than 1:30 ~ and then you wait 1 min for possible thinking, game will be automatic over saying you abondoned the game which is very silly..

It is possible it was just a bug. There is nothing to worry about as it takes continued violations for an account to get restricted. If it happens again, you might open a ticket about it so the site can look to see if there might be a bug.

My understanding is that is by design. If you take more than half of the base time control on a move it considers the game abandoned. I haven't found anywhere where that was stated in forum post or news item yet.

Few times , i began a game , play my first move ....wait for a reply , wait and ....the serveur tell me i lose because i have abandoned the game !?!? and have a warning for not fairplay ... !
What can i do ? call moderator ?
