when i player is one move away from check mate, and puts the game in vacation, but still play on daily basis.. loser ? or a fair player ?
the players name is (removed - Staff. Please do not Name or Shame in the forums!)
what to do about it ?
Its allowed. What isnt allowed is naming and shaming. You need to remove the opponenst name, or be reported.
ofc americans stick togheter ^^ what you should do ,is to report this player for abusing fair play rules.
the player is obviously not on vacation, but is mad because he loses. He should resign and not acting like a spoiled kid

Instead of complaining in the forum you can send an e-mail to the staff.
I don't think there's much you can do, he has the right to use vacation time. You're going to win the game anyway in the end.
