What can a administrator (not super administrator) do that regular group members cannot? I know the power of a super administrator, but not an administrator.

Help Please, I have been on this site for 2 wonderful years as Cajunconqueror, as of yesterday when I attempt to play any game, "no chess board appears".....please can you fix this anomaly.  Thanks so much. Peace and Good Karma from New Orleans!  Doug Zeringue or Cajunqueror.

hello... I have time problem. when I play my time jump 10 sec by 10 sec. the other player second by second. can you solve this trouble please.

Folks, it's also a bad idea to post your e-mail address in a public forum: it makes you more vulnerable to spam. Support staff can always see the e-mail associated with your account, and if you log a ticket (after searching the FAQs and forums to see if your answer to your question is already there), you can give them an alternative e-mail address.

I want to continue two games that I couldn't continue because I was in vacations

I didn't knew that was possible to stop the game

And now I know. I ask if is possible in the future to you to put a stop and save without limited time.

Please find an explanation of vacation time in the FAQ at https://support.chess.com/customer/portal/articles/1444787 - you need to activate your vacation time yourself before you go on actual vacation to avoid losing on time.

If you want to your vacation time to be activated automatically without having to go into the settings, you can upgrade to a premium membership.

And please don't post your email address in the open forums - it's not required for people to reply to you in the forums or for moderators to contact you through your registered email address if they need to,

No, the game cannot be restarted from that point; sometimes you can get ratings points back if your opponent was cheating or other valid reasons, but you would need to contact the Support team through Help -> Contact and find out from them.

If your opponent is interested you can start a game from a FEN position in v3. That may be an option for you.

FEN is Forsyth-Edwards Notation. It is a way to describe a chess position in a single text string.

v3 is the new version of the site. You could set up a FEN string from the last game position and challenge your opponent to play from there.

i beat a 2700 guy at bughouse, his name his [x], my partner resign the game before we won, i think its a dupe or a friend of [x], anyway its againts the rules and the fair play, what can i do?

I had twice the same trouble during the game. suddenly it's impossible to play one move even I have to play with no special situation. However i can discuss whith the other player some accept draw other no . It's comfortable. perhaps a bug in the software ?
