Anyone else experiencing this?

Now, I can’t post on people’s wall unless they are my friend. I know this is an option, but I was able to before and it happened with a lot of people, and I doubt they all changed their settings. Is this a bug or a site update? If it’s a site update, it’s a dumb one, so please remove it.

Exactly, that’s the point. Not EVERYONE changed their settings. 

If you friend them, you can see it. 

   Martin posted something about that recently....I just can't find that thread.  I'm pretty sure he confirmed that if you are NOT a friend....you can't post on people's wall. Probably came about as a result of numerous complaints about total strangers posting crap.

me too, so I checked it opening profiles in incognito windows. All were with no notes showing.

Then went to settings/privacy and the tab May Post/View My Notes had changed to only friends but not by my hand. So rechanged it to all members and everything seems ok.
