At least four website errors in two days

This has happened four times in last two days. I am playing and then my opponent makes no move. I wait and wait, while I watch the time go by. (It usually happens when I have gotten an advantage over the other player.) Then their timer runs out and no notification pops up that I won on time - In fact when I reload the page, my timer has run out and the other player has won!!!!!! What is going on here. Not only should I have won those games but this counts against me as not playing fairly!!!!!nullnull

You are getting disconnected from the Live server process and when it finally reconnects, you ran out of time. If you look at that particular game, you can see that your client never saw the opponent's last move.

The following may have some information to help troubleshoot:

I refresh the page before the time has run out. within 30 seconds. This can't be the answer because I had minutes remaining. Now instead when I refresh the page I am automatically being "resigned" from the game. This has happened twice today. This wasn't the case in the past.

Thanks for your efforts by the way happy.png. Changing those settings has done nothing to alleviate the situation. I have also deleted the cache. I am using Safari.

How long have you waited for your opponents time out to be accepted? One time (albeit on my iPad app) the opponent reached 0:00, and didn't run out of time and loose the game until at least two minutes later. Are you sure it isin't a connection issue?

Yeah, a refresh shouldn't resign you. If that is happening, I would suggest opening a ticket.

According to the game in the archive, your opponent moved in 2.6 seconds so it would appear you were disconnected for a little over 3 minutes if their timer ran down to 0:00.
