I cancelled before my free trial was up but I was still charged to my account but when I log in, it says I'm not a diamond member. I contacted customer support last week, but they have yet to respond. Should I wait longer for a refund, or should I dispute this transaction with my bank.

I know they are swamped but I am sure they are giving refunds to all who ask.
If you have sent in a request to support@chess.com, I would wait. If not, I would send the request and wait. You will get your refund.
