Cannot upload custom trophies for a tournament

Hello!

I can only upload one trophy for the 1st place. I don't know what the problem is but I can't upload trophies for 2nd and 3rd places. Respective boxes do not appear. I tried with Internet Explorer 11 and Opera 12.16

I guess it's because gold membership restrictions. I can't create tournaments with more than 12 participants and more than 1 group.

Are you trying to upload images in one of the appropriate file formats?

Yes, my files are in .jpg format.
However as a gold member I can only create a tournament with 12 participants and 1 group where only 1 player advances. So there will be only one award for the 1st place and no 2nd and 3rd place.

Trying to learn this too.
