I got the other account and the staff said to verify the email of hitheshharidas. What should i do? I looked in my email but there was no verification mail. Should i just reply to their message or should i asked to close this as another ticket?

I cannot log in to my account. I know what my username and password is but it wont let me. I tried to click the "forgot my password" button and then use my email but it said my email was not affiliated with an account. I also tried to make a new account using that username and it said the username was already taken. It's been a while since I last logged in and I'm confused. I made this temporary account to seek assistance. Please help.

Another account of mine hitheshfanofcarlsen has been closed due to multiple accounts. But this id hitheshharidas was created only this January for a new start. Of course I didn't know then that multiple accounts was "cheating" here. So now I regret making the new account. Hitheshfanofcarlsen - I have been using this account for very long. Is it possible to reopen hitheshfanofcarlsen and close hitheshharidas? If any chess.com staff is reading this message, please close this id (hitheshharidas) and reopen hitheshfanofcarlsen because i have been using that for long.
