Can't close my old account

I'm a paid member but I can't use or logon to the chess.com app, because I can't close my old chess.com app account. I've sent emails to chess.com  asking for help but they just ignore me. This is really frustrating. Anyone else worked with this challenge?

Hi sir me raz my user id Raz-123 i m a gold class member i lost my 1875 Indian money today because of membership i thought it was monthly basis payment but they deduct 1875 from my account please help me to cancel my membership and if it is possible then return my money thanks

Everyone saying we vl refund but they r not telling  me to the right way even i replied alex sir also in his inbox that refund the difference

In general, the refund offer is if it is taken within the first 30 days of a membership or renewal I guess. Though I'm sure there are some exceptions to that.

 

From the TOS:

If you are not satisfied, please contact Member Support. All first-time subscriptions are given a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee except those purchased through iTunes/Apple. Once a member has received a refund they are no longer eligible for the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.

Ya thanks for information sir n this is my first time subscriptions n its running only from last  3 days tell me one thing they will cancel it automatically or what the procedure of moneyback

What do you mean? Also, members are only allowed one account.

delete old account --> sign up new account --> come back to forum --> ask for help

no page --> no signup --> no chess --> no fun

i think i got bug with this account , i cant see the historical of my game . i cant see message bar .. it was just blank space . so maybe delete this account could fix this

That sounds like a device or version issue. How are you accessing things?

Hello, i cant downgrade my diamond membership  to basic. The downgrade button doesnt do anything. I tried on pc, app in tablet and mobile with no result. Please help me.Thanks

Hello, I my annual Diamond membership was recently automatically renewed, but I moved house and have not played since the renewal.  May I have a refund?
