Conditional move

I am having problems activating the "conditional move" portion of this site. It would make things alot easier if I could initiate this due to the amount games I am playing (58) 24 hour games. 

I have used it many times with no problems....what happens when you press 'conditional moves' ? bear in mind you can only see it when it is your opponent's turn?

i think it something the computer does when queen only has one move

I have problem with conditional move in my game: http://www.chess.com/echess/game?id=91936684.

After 12.Nc6 i made conditional line:

12...bc6 13.ed5 cd5 14.Nd5 Nd5 15.Qd5 Qd5 16.Rd5 but after 13.ed5 my oponent play 13...Nd5 and server made stupid move Qd5 who is not from my conditional line.

Anybody to solve this problem?

Please explain how can i make a conditonal move

Better to never make conditional moves and always use submit button.
