It says nothing about whether or not your opponent can see your conditional moves at any time.
The last time I played 3 days/move chess was actual snail mail correspondence chess with postcards in the USCF Golden Knights where, of course, your opponent saw your conditional moves before he made a move.
I just started playing 3 day/move games at chess.com last week and today it suddenly dawned on me that my opponent probably can't see my conditional moves so I'm asking to make sure. In a current game, I identified and then analyzed several moves into a potentially dangerous line and don't want to tip him off what that line is, but I know what I'll play if he enters that line with his next move.
Can my opponent see my conditional moves before making a move in response to them? I searched the comments and saw one comment in 2014 that says he can't. I looked at chess.com's conditional moves page: https://support.chess.com/customer/portal/articles/1444845-what-are-conditional-moves-
