Diamond membership

Hi there,

As paying for a premium account with Paypal from Germany does still not work (see http://www.chess.com/forum/view/help-support/paypal-payment-does-not-work), I sent 99$ to order@chess.com yesterday manually in order to receive a one-year Diamond membership for me.

This has worked a few times in the past, but sometimes I had to ask the stuff to finally update my account. If I remember correctly, I contacted kohai in these situations, but he does not receive message from non-friends anymore, so I ask here.

tl;dr: Please update my account as fast as possible to Diamond, I have already payed for it. :)

I think it is best to contact chess.com support rather than posting in the forums. Also, I believe kohai is not staff anymore (even though the staff icon is still there).
