Having issue with iOS app

I have the latest version of chess.com and when I try to login to the

app via Facebook login it keeps saying to login via Facebook settings

I have done this but it keeps saying to connect in the settings

What do I do?

Normally I would suggest uninstalling the app and reinstalling, but I don't think that will help here. I recommend submitting a support ticket here:

Thanks Alex, i tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail

Can you try deleting your FB account from iOS settings, re-adding it and then trying to log in again?

Tried it and still having same issue. Its okay though because I'm moving to android in a week so I'm sure i won't have any issue then
