    i am a member who was having problems with my post game analysis. contacted support and they told me to uninstall then reinstall. i did that but now it thinks i am a new member. I'm in the chess.com tournament and my clock is running. please pause my games while we fix my problem.

    Rating -> Select "Unrated" option

    I would like to get to the bottom of this .As I said before I know the basics of chess. I am working on improving my skills in chess. I am playing chess unranked for practice. Now when I lose I go to the completed games and it says you lose and it almost covers my whole games complete column. It is like someone is trilled that I loose and wants to make it well known. I do not like it . This is not professional in any manner. This is more childish than anything else. Someone obviously does not like me. I WANT THIS TO STOP

    I would like to report a fellow chess player in the person of TITILAKILAKI7777 whom i played with earlier this evening Nov 17,2017. During our actual play he sent an unsavory remarks such as MOTHER FUCKER AND IDIOT. This caused me to loose my focus in our game. Kindly impose the necessary sanctions so as to preserve the dignity of chess.com and its members specially those with premium membership. Further, please inform of the action taken thereon as soon as possible.

    im really pissed off two ngames in a row your system cut me off when Iwas in a commanding position your system failed this iust happening far to often when you were a smaller  business this would have mattered to you but I guess you just dont care anymore but as a business person my self you are doing yourselves no favours by ignoring this problem im sure Im not the only one suffering this problem but I think instead of playing on line I need a format where my opponents dont just dissappear

    Ive never had a response from anything Ive sent you so I guess you dont care but what i have dfound in business if you dont care about your customers they will find somewhere else to go

    After reading your post I see your problem and urgency ,

    be patient and direct your request clearly , to the right channel .

    Hope it is fixed, but remember to play (mostly) for fun and learning .
