Before reporting throught the tickets to staff please ensure that the behaviour was "Offensive",

and that you are not using up valuable staff time by reporting something that can be resoved by:

1) Ignoring It

2) Disabling the chat

3)Blocking the member in question

What about when opponent has mate in one and he sits in there wasting my time? Can I report?

please can you help me! I Played live chess yesterday against an american apponent by the username: UrACuck1: that person dissrespected my nationality and abused me with foul language. chess i thought was a gentlemans and womans game. obviously that person wasn't intrested in playing chess but to insult and abuse people that behaviour should be dealt with severely.
