i can't get my chess board to download the pieces

i've tried the chess.com ctrl/pf5 and clearing my browser suggestions w/o result. i've even downloaded the most current version of java. that hasn't helped. i've even tried sending them a "help" message but, their system won't take it. what can i do? thank you

Sorry you're having trouble with the site! Are you referrring to live chess or online chess? What browser and operating system are you using? Any plugins or extensions on your browser?

thanks kac1yn. i went back and got rid of a recent windows update for internet exployer and can now see the pieces again. i also went to google chrome as my browser. hopefully, i'll get to keep playing on this site. thanks again. i was playing online chess.

Thanks for letting me know what fixed it :) I'll keep that in mind if I see any similar issues.
