Put in a ticket for support, chess.com is pretty forgiving and allows you to get your money back within 30 days after purchasing the membership. Contact support asap.
i got charged for diamond subscription even though i cancelled subscription before the trial period

i did contact support and waiting now. I just dont understand why they still charge my accoount even though i cancelled subscription before free trial ended. They didnt send any confirmation mail of ticket submission still.

You won't get an email until they contact you. The support tool should have given an estimated time to be contacted

It will probably be sooner but could be up to that
I cancelled the free trial on play store two days before the trial period expiry date but it still charged me for a whole year subscription .I am devasted because I am a student and that much money is really a lot to me. I have proof of cancelling the subscription from play store
