I'm Super admin of two teams that want to challenge eachother

I lead a group of chess enthusiast. I'm the only paying chess.com member.

They wanted to form up two teams (splitting the one group in half) and play against eachother. As the only paying member, I had to create the clubs and now am the super admin of each. I've promoted admins in each group, but am unable to promote any to super admin since they aren't paying members

When they challenge (both vote and match), how can I pick which team I'm joining for?

Can I resign super admin of one group? Will that put it in some sort of admin-jeopardy?
