Iloose game without playing!

I am premium member since 2 years now and I never faced this problem before. It is quite simple. I loose game without playing. I just saw a 15 games lose strike... When i watch at the game no move or only one is played. My 10min rank droped of 150 pts :/ Is it a known issue on your side? Thanks

Did you abort those games? If you abort games too much, aborts count as resignations.

Nop i did not. Not even lauched them. I play on three devices. Maybe it s related. One of them just bugged and launch game again and again

I would add that now it takes so looong to find game... Maybe i am in a bad manner queue because of my true false game aborts :/ Double unfair punishment ;(
