# Inaccuracy

I finished last few games with closer of account of opponent and I get unjustified points. Mean few points are not added.

What do you mean by closer of account of opponent ? Does it mean your opponent was coming closer to you ? Scary!

No, I was 1438 and than 6 games finished, i should get +11, +10, +10, +9, +9, +8 mean i should get approx 56-58 points but i get only 40. can you explain why ?

The rating algorithm is pretty complex and how many points you win/lose depends on both the player's ratings and their rating deviation values (RD): https://support.chess.com/customer/en/portal/articles/1444777-how-do-ratings-work-

That article links to more in-depth one on how the Glicko rating algorithm used here works.

No, i am telling again i did not get two matches points. That is INACCURACY.

Maybe it is a blunder.lol

No, it must be a mistake!

i am going to share my finished games detail......

all slandered for earn points are maintained in game. So why not get points ?

Be happy with whatever you got cos you were in losing position in many of the games.

no, those weak game i surrender because i know that i will be again 1500++

i think i should not believe on earning points. I was only not want remove my high rank date as well as want to balance win and loose and maintain 1500, but now i am looking unable to join my club ABCC over 1500 match. So i am sad. If i not get points it is not matter but if i think i did not perfectly judge EARN of POINTS in past time. but its ok, i will more control next time. Again SAD if i am unable to join ABCC match. Ahh.

It does look like there may have been an error. You should open a ticket to support.

You have a game there where it shows you won and lost points. The two where you didn't gain points may be related to all the timeouts from the player you won against, as a mechanism to prevent some rating inflation maybe.

Chess.com again make calculation error today in my win matches.

I see one where your rating went up after a loss, but that may be related to the closure of a recent opponent. A couple games where your rating didn't change when the game was long enough.

You should report issues directly with a ticket. Staff may not see your posts.
