incorrect moves and buggy games

I have been facing this weird issue where the other player is making weird incorrect moves, example player is moving is queen diagonally even when there is a pawn on its way. And then there are cases where the pieces played by other player go missing on the board and the move gets marked and (null). In both cases I mostly never get to make the move I want to as it keeps of saying move failed retry or skip. Can someone please look into this and fix this issue its really annoying and I've lost a few games because of these issues. I have some screenshots if you need proof.
Probably just a display/cache bug on your end.
How are you playing when you see issues? App (iOS or Android) or website (v2 or v3)?

You might be getting timed out
You might go ahead and post some screenshots but you probably would be better off opening a ticket (screenshots here and then you can link this forum if you want).

The Android version is newer than that but unless people are just being quiet about problems, I don't think that is something general with the app and may just be a glitch in your specific case. Not sure though.
