i agree for this issue, i also encountered like this, but not on my queen but same problem has been exist.
I honestly don't remember how long it took for Qc2-c4 to be played. It definitely didn't happen immediately after. If I had to guess, I'd say 2 to 3 minutes. But again, that is only a guess. With time stamping, I would have been able to give you a better answer.
