Hi, for security reason, to control my account, is it possible to have a log of the accesses like date, location, ip or so on?

If the password is changed, furthermore, I do not receive an e-mail alert?

Many thanks!!

Evidently you are sharing your account. That is a violation of the site's terms of service. Everyone needs to get an individual account. You dont have a premium account, so cost will not be an issue. Change your password yourself and don't share it with anyone. Then, you will be the only one with access, so no logs will be needed.

Hi,

no, I did not share my account... but beacause I do not log in my account for many times I would control that anyone entered in my account.

I changed my passoword yet (but I did not receive an e-mail notification of this change, like Facebook for instance?)

The site doesn't have security features like that as far as I'm aware.

You could always create a topic suggesting it in the Site Feeback & Suggestions forum or send in a ticket with the suggestion.

Rereading this, it does seem like Chess.com should send an email to the email of record when the account password is changed.

Is is possible that chess.com doesn't have your current email address? You can change it in your account:

HI,

by the way, Chess.com has my e-mail address, I checked.

I changed my password but I don't receive an alert message from Chess.com. I have checked all flags in the e-mail alert setting.

But... is it correct that Chess.com send an e-mail when users changed their password? Or not?

Did you have already changed your password and did you receive an e-mail alert? Could you try? Many thanks!!

I'm not ready to change my password but I don't think they notify of changes.

You could open a ticket to staff and ask if that should be done and if not make the suggestion of that and a session log.

For a long time I didn't use my Chess account; one day I restarted playing, so I wanted to check if anyone had entered in my account, so I posted my first question... password (that I try to remebered) was right and worked normally
