Lost Money Going From Diamond To Platinum

Hi all . I changed my account from diamond to platinum and lost the difference in the money. It went from £74 credit down to £39.

I have sent a support request but still no reply.

Has this happenned to anyone else and does anyone know what I should do please?

If you sent a Support request via Help -> Contact, you should have received an automated e-mail reply indicating that it's been logged - if you haven't seen that, please check your Spam / Junk email folder. If you can't find it in there, you might have had a typo in the email you entered; try logging another ticket and check the email address you enter.

If you believe you've followed the rules, then try getting into contact with Support through the above link - it doesn't let you attach a file, unfortunately, so you could also try Support directly through support@chess.com or membersupport@chess.com, but try the link first and they may ask you for the file.
