NM, but no premium membership?

Hello, I have submitted my credentials as an NM a while ago, but have yet to recieve a response. And being as the contact chess.com page won't let me hit send, I want to complain here:) I've had to pay for another year while waiting.

Congratulations, but it hardly seems like you could have been kept waiting for long.

Neither does it seem like it's chess.com's fault you can't complete the Titled Player form. It gives you a snail mail alternative.

Seems you have premium, but the title is missing.

This site is getting buggy.

This is not an automated function. Someone has to verify his claim.

Therefore, the "site getting buggy" would have nothing to do with this guy's problem.
