I didn't realize they had done that. The only info on the subscription page is the limit you have on the new Lessons.

The good news is that your platinum can be traded in for a DIAMOND! I can confirm that diamonds still have access to the "old" lessons; or at least they did a few days ago. I'd better go check....

If you want to upgrade, you don't have to contact them, it's right on the membership page. Home>Membership and that page lists how much credit you have towards a diamond...You might have lost a dollar or two depending on how recently you took out your membership. Much easier than waiting on a reply from support.
