I've heard other people describe things like this, but I'm not sure if they ever figured out exactly what's going on.
Opponent clock counts down but I am the one who times out/loses

I've had this happen to me almost once or more a day. We are partway into the game when I am waiting for the opponent and his clock is counting down, but when his time expires, I am charged with the loss. Anybody?
