Is there a setting where people can auto-block chat? I thought it was a runtime choice.

I find it annoying.. Yes but I still play people even if they disable chat.. I see where they come from and maybe are just tired of abuse

ABUSE ABUSE ABUSE! really, we all have gotten bored over the resignation, disable chat, etc. Give us something really good!
Some people might have difficulties with foreign languages,so disabling the chat might be an easy way to solve that issue
