    All the chess pieces are in the wrong positions at the start of the game against the computer. Is this a bug? What is happening ? Help!

    I'll bet you're playing a chess960 game.

    It’s okay. I deleted the chess.com icon and started over. Yes I was playing chess960...

    This is the second time I'm addressing this problem to which I got no response (if by any chance I've missed it please tell me where can I find it. If it was sent to my mail and I missed it, please tell me when was it sent):
    1. There is a very annoying problem appearing not-to-rarely, while trying to move a piece, from one point to another and it GETS STUCK IN THE MIDDLE. I've lost many games this way!!! It usually happens at the end of the games (for some odd reason, when I'm in a very strong position!).

    2. The 2-nd very annoying issue is when I'm getting disconnected (again, when I'm evidently on the winning side!). It may sound funny, but these are the facts!

    There is annoying issue I've discovered: when your opponent sends you chat and you open it and return back to game both clock stop and while I'm winning I will lost the game by the resignation

    If you have problems dragging a piece, you should try double clicking: click on the piece to be moved and then click on the destination square.

    In the middle of my last 15 minute game, I move, the opponents clock ticks off 10+ minutes and then the site declares I lose because I have timed out and changes my clock from 13+ minutes to 0.  What is the use of playing here with such an outcome?

    If I try to sign in on the mobile app it say's : no network. I've update the last version and try to delete and install the app again. Can somebody help me?
