I can't seem to find to correct form to report abuse ( the one on Support.chess.com won't let me submit my query. Using the latest version of Firefox ). Is there any other way to report abuse?

On the support page, click the "Contact" link located in the upper right corner of the page.  The next to the last item in the drop-down menu on that page is "Report Abuse".  If you can't submit the form, contact support via e-mail at support@chess.com

I would like to report the player "[name removed by mod]". He seems to cheat in their games and the opponent is sending naughty messages.

Hi! We've pushed a couple of fixes for the submit button issue on the support page. Can you please try sending in another ticket?

If you're still having trouble, and have any abuse to report, please send an email to support@chess.com.  Thanks!

A member with the username : [no naming and shaming - MOD], is using abusive language. A request to the chess.com controllers to take appropriate actions against the user for his misconduct. This is totally unacceptable.

Report him. But you cant post his name and proclaim he is racist.

That's right. Take a screenshot of what he wrote so you have evidence and email staff here:

Don't name and shame in the forums.
