The yearly price is the same: on a monthly basis, it's 40% cheaper than a month to month membership. The top includes the 40% discount and says it's "billed yearly", whereas the bottom shows the straight up monthly cost if you choose to pay that way.
Because one of of them lasts a month, and one of them lasts a year.
If you buy for a year, you get a discount.
