Sorry to hear about your problems with our tactics trainer :(
What browser and browser version are you using? Can you try a cache and cookie clear for me and see if that resolves your issue?

It works on and off, today it's fine. The newest internet exploder... I mean explorer. I'll wipe my cookies and caches and I'll repost here if it happens again.

Try google chrome or firefox...I bet you'll see a big difference :)
Recently my tactic trainer has been glitchy. I'd make my move and the computer would take 5 seconds or so to make their response. (The clock would stop the jump after they make their move) During one of these movements I made my move, my piece stayed where I placed it, but it was "still my turn", I was actually able to move the computer's king as their move, then it didn't give me credit because I was supposed to move my rook where it already was! My internet connection is fine and everything else on chess.com works quickly.
