tactics says max limit for day

I have a diamond membership but when I use tactics on my android phone it says I have reached my limit how can I fix this

Your PHONE doesn't have a diamond membership!  Clearly that is the problem.  :-)

I have tryed logging out and back in, it is something with the android app I think, but not sure, still get the same message.
