I don't have issues with it moving from where I configure it.
It should be noted that Live always puts the menu on the side.

I have noticed that the chess.com interface switches somewhat unpredictably from top menu to side menu and back again. I don't think it is due to cache settings, as I have cleared the cache and yet the behavior persists. Does anyone else have this problem? Is this a known bug? Is there a way to resolve it?
