Vote Chess Restart

Is there any way to restart an accidentally timed out Vote chess game, or else start one from a specific position not just the standard ECO codes

If a vote chess game timed out while the chess.com servers were closed for maintenance, you can PM Support to get it resumed.  If it timed out because everyone on the team forgot to vote, I think you have to take the loss.

You can start games from the specific openings in the drop down menu, but I don't think that there is any way to start from a specific middlegame position, other than having the two teams replay the game up to that point.

jlueke, please provide a link to the accidentally timed out game. and we'll try to get on it.

i presume your second question was "in case we can't restart the game, and you guys still want to play it out," but i'll answer anyway to confirm what riga said: the way to do that would just be to agree with the other team to replay the same moves.
