What happened here.

I've played over 8000 games on chess.com and I've lost my share of games from losing my internet connection, or from getting booted off the server, but this is the first time I've ever written in. 

Please take a look at this game log.  I played my last move, was well ahead on time, and on the board, then my opponent won.  
There was a message that said, "you lost on time before your move Kg3 reached the server".  I had 34 seconds.  I checked and I have no internet issues, and the chess.com servers seem to be working fine.
Can someone explain to me what happened?  Did my opponent just luck out, or is something else going on?  If this is an ongoing issue - if so, the whole idea of blitz or bullet chess is pretty ridiculous.
