The new Android app for tablets is horrible. I was about to buy a membership but now am thinking of just moving to ICC instead. Please please fix this app. I love your community and would hate to leave because of technical issues. I cannot believe any q&a went into this release. Someone should get fired for this. I feel like I am on healthcare.gov...

Version 3.0.119 appeared briefly, didn't even let me log in and has now been replaced by previous version 3.0.118, so I assume even Chess.com had problems logging into 119! This is getting very silly.

this new version doesnt let me choose whom i d like to play with and keeps putting me together with players having much lower points

I have Samsung C4, Samsung tab2 and HTC Desire and have various problems with all. There was nothing wrong with the pre Xmas interface, now it's a mess and killing chess.com

Mine is 'loading' about once per second on pretty much every page (forums, main menu, online game board). It gets annoying having a constant flashing blue bar at the top of the screen.

Also, in the forums, game viewers don't show up. Without this, I will stick to using my browser to read the forums.

I have v3.0.119. Should I downgrade to .118?

I downgraded to 118 and that takes care of the 'constant loading' problem.

Since they have changed to some new format, it won't allow me to see any of my games. The app just loads and then nothing will work....

At the moment (version 2.0.29), I'm getting an immediate force close upon opening, and an "Unfortunately, ChessCom has stopped." error.

You need to uninstall and then reinstall cleanly. Least that worked for me.

That reinstall seems to have fixed the basic functions (back to the old look & feel), but now I'm not getting any notifications for moves in online games.

Uninstalled and reinstalled from Google play, and I seem to have got the old version back. Works perfrctly though, so I'm not complaining. The new version did not update the moves made in online games.

Is there any way to use the tablet application for playing live tournaments?

It is strange. When I tried to use it last time it just was loading the web page with the tournaments application same like on a desktop computer which is not convenient for a tablet.

If you want me to continue premium membership fix your android program. I even bought a tablet with the monopolist  Google  store to install your application but it still does not work properly. I was not able to play tournaments there even once.
 
And why you don't allow me to play tournaments at all? Even on a computer? My premium membership was canceled  just today and I can't play tournaments at all. It said that as "As a basic member, you may play 3 tournaments per week. " But I did not play at all as basic member yet. 
 
With this kind of bugs and lousy support I doubt I will upgrade my membership ever again.

I has same issue on my android phone. And android chrome browser.
