Like many things, its harder to find. I still havent found a way to check if there are replies to your forum topics on v3.

On the web, the link is on the right that says My Topics. That includes anything you started or replied to. Also, any topic you start should provide a notification in your notification area, the bell in the upper right. It will have a number if you have notifications and clicking it will give you a list.
