Takeback movement

Do you know if it's likely to do a takeback movement when you're playing live chess?

I believe that is also another error that needs to be corrected in live chess.

It is true. You can move your piece back on your opponent's turn.

I'm pretty sure takeback (and perhaps multiplayer examine) are features that have been discussed in posts here and might possibly be considered for future revisions of Live Chess. Both (or some equivalent features) are needed in order to allow coaches to effectively use the Live Chess forum for teaching, in my view. That said, there is no list of announced features in upcoming revisions/versions - though there have been hints from time to time. (It's always more effective to deliver-without-promising than to promise-without-delivering.)

Still, I'm hoping we'll see them sooner rather than later.
