If the same position is repeated 3 times, clicking on the "DRAW" button will claim a draw.
What happened to drawing

I have tried to draw two games by making the same move several times and forcing my opponent to make the same move as well, but for some reason chess.com let the games continue without counting it as a draw.
Is it not possible to draw like this in a blitz or bullet game?
btw. last time I tried to do this, I was called a phagot.
